    Oil Sealed Pumps High vacuum pumps are used when the final absolute pressure required is very low. These pumps may run continuously connected to closed containers to be emptied, and may not run continuously at length, at atmospheric pressure. The exhaust from these pumps is not filtered, thus, special purifiers are available for fumes. The operating principle of the high vacuum pumps is like the lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps one. However, in this case, the stator is immersed in the lubrification oil which has also the function of sealing the air loss. The pressure levels reached by this type of pumps are higher than any other rotary vane pump. These pumps are equipped with a gas ballast system to avoid the condensation of the water vapor. The high vacuum pumps can be made of a single rotor-stator group (single stage) or they can be made of two rotor-stator groups connected in series, so the first group drain is connected to the second group intake system (double stage).     Oil Free Rotary Vane Vacuum pumps to meet any needs. Oil-Free Rotary Vane Pumps Oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps consist of a rotor in an eccentric position rotating inside a cylindrical body. This rotor is equipped with grooves in which the vanes are inserted. Because of the centrifugal force, during the rotation the vanes are pushed into contact with the body, creating close spaces that increase their volume drawing air from the container to be emptied and expelling it from the “outlet duct”. TSL Blowers The single stage TSL side channel blowers are conceived to suck or to compress gas and non-explosive mixtures.     Sales Terms and Conditions Here to Help General Sales Conditions The following conditions are an integral part of all our sales contracts. When the orders are received by phone, fax, e-mail, or through the internet. DVP Pumps Inc. sells our products exclusively to professional customers. The customer assures that the purchase of DVP products is performed exclusively for professional reasons, that means only for purposes connected to his professional activity. Therefore the relationship between DVP Pumps, Inc. and its customers, will not be regulated by the laws regarding the protection of the consumers. Different dispositions excepted, the products will be packed in cardboard boxes (single or multiple packing depending on the type of the product) and will be shipped on a pallet or pallets. Prices The prices listed in the DVP Pumps Inc. price list are in USD currency ($); they are unit prices. Regarding the packaging, if quantity is not specified, it is intended to be packed with only one piece. Unless otherwise specified or by other agreements, the prices do not include the shipping and packing costs. Installation Except for different indications, the product will be installed by the customer. The installation, use, and maintenance instruction book, which is always delivered with the products, contains all the necessary information to perform, with success, the installation and the first start-up of the product. Payment Unless approved for payment terms, customers will provide us with valid and updated credit card information. If you provide the credit card information to us, you authorize DVP Pumps, Inc, to charge your credit card for all purchased items indicated on the customer order form, email, or estimate that was provided. If payment terms have been extended, the invoice charges are due in accordance with the term dates. You are responsible for providing payment by the established due date. Failure to make prompt payment by the established due date, your account will accrue a penalty interest rate of 5.25% of the outstanding balance per month. DVP Pumps, Inc. reserves the right to suspend overdue accounts or accounts with consistent late payments. Complaints Complaints or disputes about invoices or deliveries may be accepted only if they are delivered to DVP Pumps, Inc. by letter or e-mail within 10 days from the invoice/shipment receiving date. Product Warranty Terms With this certificate, DVP Pumps, Inc. guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months after the shipment date. Or 6 months for products repaired not under warranty. The warranty refers to the replacement or repair, free of charge, of the product components manufactured by DVP, found to be originally defective due to manufacturing errors. In the event of an irreparable breakdown, the product will be replaced. The warranty on the new device shall continue until the term of the original contract. The warranty does not cover any parts that may be defective due to negligence or careless use (failure to follow instructions for using the device, lack of maintenance), incorrect installation or maintenance, maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel, damage incurred in shipping, or any circumstances that may not implicate manufacturing defects in the device. The warranty also does not cover defects caused by improper use, normal wear, and tear, galvanic and electrostatic currents, chemical corrosion, tampering, replacements, or removing the serial number plate. DVP Pumps, Inc. may not be held liable for any damages that may be caused to people, property, or animals, directly or indirectly as a result of failure to observe all of the requirements set forth in the user and maintenance manual, especially warnings regarding device installation, use, and maintenance. The warranty does not extend to consumable parts such as filter cartridges or vanes. The customer is always responsible for shipping costs. Return of Goods The goods can be returned only after contacting your dedicated salesperson and getting an RMA number. Except for different agreements, goods must be returned with the original packaging and in "like new" condition. Private labeled poducts cannot be returned. Shipping Policies All orders are billed with a packaging and handling fee in accordance to the shipping method. The fee covers packing materials, labels, boxes, pallets, and other shipping materials. All orders processed by 11:00 AM (CST) will be shipped the same day, pending carriers' availability and stock status.

Small vortexes of air created by the centrifugal force and the rotation are dragged by the vanes from the aspiration toward the drain. There are no parts in contact, thus the side channel blowers do not require routine maintenance but, since the intake air is also used as cooling fluid, they can operate continuously only within certain ranges of pressure. To prevent damage to the engine it is indeed necessary to install vacuum and pressure limiting valves. All versions can be used as compressors. If used as a compressor, the output flow is clean and free of pulsations.
